Upon arrival, we were greeted with a smile and upgraded! We had a fantastic apartment; we regularly stay at this hotel because everything is superb 👍 from arrival to departure. Thank you! 😍

The hotel is very well located, with many things within walking distance. This is definitely the hotel's biggest advantage. The accessible room was large, with a double bed and a spacious bathroom. A few details could be improved: a larger shower seat, a bed that's too low, and a poorly placed bedside lamp switch. Otherwise, the room was clean, and we had two bottles of water provided each day. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and varied. A selection of fruit and flavored water was available all day. There was some noise due to construction. Free accessible parking is available right in front of the hotel for two days, but we were told at reception that it's permitted for up to a week. The staff was very friendly.

Excellent service, all the staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is ideally located, the family room was perfectly clean, we were on the first floor and the rooms are renovated. Always very satisfied with Novotel.

It's disappointing for a four-star hotel to have broken sofa bed slats… :( A discount at check-out would have been appropriate, but no compensation was offered. For a room costing €150 a night, this is unacceptable.

It was a pleasant stay. Very friendly staff. Also a tasty and extensive breakfast. It was also nice that the children received a bag of candy and a cuddly toy upon arrival. We also really liked the drinks and snacks in the room. And Rituals products in the bathroom are a real plus. The air conditioning in the room could barely be turned on (due to cost-cutting?). With 4 people in a room like that, it gets really too hot very quickly, especially at 35°C, to sleep well. They did make sure we could open the window, which was something, but this is still a minor drawback. It is also a pity that you cannot log in to the TV with personal accounts on Netflix or something similar.
