Appalling service, unworthy of a hotel of this caliber. I was promised (in vain) to send me links for a dog-sitting service, then refused to let my dog ​​stay in the room for three hours while I was going to the opera. I asked for water at 9:30 pm. I had to call again at 10 pm only to be told that the water filter was broken, without being offered any alternative. I had booked a "junior suite" on Place du Capitole, which was a "suite" in name only. The bathroom had neither cotton balls nor cotton swabs, but the bare minimum, including tissues and bathrobes of the lowest quality. The experience was all the more disappointing as I was looking forward to inviting my partner, who is from Toulouse, there. I was recommended the Grand Balcon, across the street, which I will definitely stay at next time.
