Hôtel Mercure Toulouse Centre Wilson Capitole

We spent one night in a suite and were very satisfied with our stay. The layout is a little unusual, but ultimately very functional and pleasant. The hotel is extremely well located, which is a real plus, and the staff are lovely, welcoming, and always ready to help. One small point to note: if you have a large car, the parking lot is very narrow. Despite this, we recommend this hotel without hesitation and will definitely return on our next trip!

Wow! What a lovely stay in this Mercure hotel. Let’s start with the best things: the staff! All so smiley, ready to assist and human. Andrea (so amazing), Clemence and Frantz made us feel like home. The room was clean and the bed so comfy we got the rest we needed. Will definitely come back here for our next visit in this lovely city. À bientôt!

Centrally located with very helpful and friendly staff, a pleasure to stay. On the first day, the receptionist explained everything there was to see and how to get there. The room... it wasn't 4-star quality, and I'm not sure if it was 3-star (standard double). There were two adults and a child, and it was very small; the child's bed was really uncomfortable, the mattress was only 2 cm thick (it was actually a mattress topper, just like the one he had on the adult bed), something that needs improvement. The parking is in the hotel's basement (20 euros per day); very long cars might have difficulty accessing it. We didn't have any noise problems.
