Very polite staff. Very clean room. We will come again.

The rooms are old and somewhat run-down, but clean. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection.

We were traveling with our family and stayed here again. This time we were given a newly renovated room – much more modern, brighter, and cozier than before. The staff were, as always, friendly and helpful. Very satisfied! 👍

Good value for money

We had a great few days, close to the city, very friendly welcome and service, excellent breakfast.

Great location, very friendly, attentive, and welcoming staff! The room was dingy, the nightstand was very sticky, which was disgusting. The faucet was dripping, and some of the shower tiles were broken. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. Breakfast was good. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short trip.

Overall, simply excellent. Close to the city center, everything is easily accessible on foot. The hotel and hotel rooms are all being renovated soon and are very nice and modern. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for that. Parking is available, which isn't always possible in Bielefeld. The breakfast is very good, rarely found at this price... I will definitely come back.
