Clean rooms, nice location, staff and the attention to their customers is simply amazing !

A truly beautiful hotel, I loved staying there; the mattresses are incredibly comfortable. The service staff are very competent and extremely efficient. Breakfast is a real treat.

I was there for an event and the staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and have cozy corners and places to relax.

Our stay was on May 30, 2026. It was very hot in Düsseldorf that day (over 30 degrees Celsius). We were eagerly anticipating an air-conditioned room, but were disappointed, as the air conditioning didn't allow us to adjust the temperature. To put it simply: the room temperature couldn't be lowered below 25 degrees, despite our request. It would be helpful if the temperature could be set manually (it seemed to us that the system had a built-in limiter). Furthermore, the €50 deposit at check-in felt a bit 1990s; we hadn't experienced this with Accor hotels before. Ultimately, it's just a cosmetic measure. All in all, though, it was okay. We had room 014 (we were upgraded), and the bed was truly fantastic! We haven't slept so well in a long time. The room itself was also spacious and nicely furnished; there was nothing to complain about (except for the temperature).

Welcoming staff, great location near to the Hauptbahnhof, tram stops outside the Hotel. Shame it doesn’t offer complimentary local travel tickets that the Intercity Hotel gave!

Rooms are pk but no one comes to clean your room even if you put the sign outside for them to clean. The coffe machine broke and the people in the dinner weren't helpful and they were prioritising the coffee for the staff than their guests

Stylish hotel in a central location. Friendly staff. Comfortably furnished with a pleasant room size, large TV, and coffee/tea maker. Water fountain on each floor.

Stylish hotel... coffee, tea, and water in the room. Shower, shampoo, lotion, hairdryer, and even a steamer are provided. Excellent!
