I’ve had a wonderful experience so far—kind people, polite staff, and clean rooms. Everyone is wonderful and welcoming, and the place has everything you need, including good food and breakfast. I want to thank everyone; they are special, wonderful people who treat others with great respect.

Lured by the photos, I decided to try this hotel. Initial impressions were promising. Check-in went smoothly. What was somewhat annoying, however, was the constant spam via WhatsApp and email. As for the room itself, it seemed tidy, but upon closer inspection, some areas weren't clean. There was a piece of toilet paper behind the curtain, and there was apparently trash left under the bed from the previous guest. The dishes in the kitchen had a slight film of grease, so I had to clean the bowl before using it. The initial smell in the room was more off-putting than inviting. And to top it all off, there was no remote control.

So, for €200 a night from Tuesday to Wednesday. I can't understand how this hotel got such good reviews. When you get to the room, all the curtains are closed. It's pitch black. There's a reason for that, of course. Because as soon as I open the curtain, I'm sitting right next to my neighbor at their desk. Although, I suppose that can happen in a big city. Then they probably closed the curtains because you can only see a haze out of the windows anyway; they're so dirty. So much for professional cleaning, as the advertisement claims. Furthermore, the company advertises that you should register/sign up as a member to enjoy incredible benefits. Like snacks and welcome drinks, yeah right. The only welcome gift you get is a battered bottle of water. Then I wonder how they can declare this a separate living area just because they've pushed a two-seater sofa in front of the bed!? Well, I have a different idea of what a separate living area should be… And I'm already looking forward to the coming night. The thermostat is set to 25°C, which is already nice and warm. The air conditioner from 1997 is working itself to the bone up there to get it to 25°C. The noise coming out of it is unbearable; you can't get a wink of sleep. I'm annoyed; I could have just booked the €30 dump next door. There are plenty of those around here in St. Georg.

Well-equipped, everything you need. No reception! Rooms have a small kitchenette that's sufficient for the essentials. It's definitely clean. Parking is reasonably priced. Unfortunately, there are no charging stations or wallboxes in the parking garage. That's a real shame. There's even a laundry room.
