I have been a returning guest for years, sometimes alone, sometimes with friends. In the last year, the standard of cleanliness has deteriorated significantly, which we have reported a few times, despite this, during my last stay I was greeted by greasy, holey sheets, bedding that had been poured with a complete breakfast, a used mug, and a deep plate stained with grease. I booked the room during the day, left my clothes and belongings in the room, and then in the evening, when I returned, bed bugs were crawling on the sheets and pillows. I immediately called the owner, who was kind at first, and immediately provided a new room. The next evening, there was no water in the new room I was given. It is possible that it was not the owner's fault, but he could have informed me about it by phone so that I would not have to run around the area late at night for mineral water. The most unpleasant part of the whole thing was the morning of my departure, when the owner asked me with a kind smile if I was feeling well and if everything was okay. I told him that it was very unpleasant and since I didn't want to bring the bedbug into my home, who knows what I'll have to throw away after the disinfection and what financial damage I'll incur, and the minimum would be to refund the amount I paid for the accommodation. The owner's response was that it wasn't his problem, he couldn't do anything about the lack of water or the bedbug, the insect must have been brought in by other guests, then he said that he didn't understand my problem, since I got another room, so how could I imagine getting my money back, and he kicked me out the door.
