Das Imperial Hotel & SPA

Nice hotel in a good location in the center of Cork. Close to the shopping street St. Patrick street. We had a room with a jacuzzi on the terrace. I won't lie it was luxurious. Just for the price of the room I would have expected better cleaning. Was a little bit dust. But thats okey. We celebrated our anniversary and ordered a romantic turndown service. it was very nice and beautiful

Just walking, had a coffee outside of building, they make m day awful, I am waiting for a coffee 15 minutes asking for there, not for take away…just wanna enjoy weather, but it doesn’t happen, thanks

Staff here was incredible. Bar is top notch. Wife loves tea time. If you're interested in the spa I recommend booking before your stay. Rooms have air condition, Definitely a plus!

Elegant, great location, pleasant and helpful staff as well as comfy well appointed rooms. Breakfast buffet as well as off the menu selections. Sit with Michael Collins on a bench outside!

Absolutely fantastic experience on my recent visit to the Imperial Hotel. My sister and I were booked into the spa for treatments, and the hydrotherapy pool, steam rooms, and relaxation area were simply perfect — we honestly didn’t want to leave. My treatment was with Victor, who was excellent. He was professional, attentive, and helped all of my stress melt away. Afterwards, we enjoyed lunch in the restaurant, where the service was superb and the food was delicious. We were also delighted to be checked on by the General Manager, Lorraine, which really demonstrated the hotel's commitment to outstanding customer care. Overall, we were thrilled with our visit and are already looking forward to returning.

Very centralized location. Building and room is vintage but well renovated and maintained. Everything is clean. Quiet and comfortable room. Check-in by staff Zoia was smooth and quick. Love every dime and minute spent on this place.

I stayed here recently for my other half’s 40th and it was absolutely fantastic in every way. All staff especially reception and the Concierge, my dad worked here in the 60s and he dug out an old book of what it looked like back then, which was a lovely touch. Will 100% stay again it was faultless in every way!

Late booking so room was average however the excellent food and service certainly made up for it.

Beautiful hotel always worth a visit.

Had a great stay here. We unloaded our bags up front and then left to park the car and our bags were already in our room before we had even checked in. Our room was spacious and didn't share any walls with other rooms which was certainly nice. Floors were a bit creaky and there wasn't much of a view to speak of, but things were quite comfortable. We also had a drink at the cocktail bar which was very nice.
