I visited here a few weeks back on a Saturday afternoon & it was very busy but only 1 guy working so he really earned his money. That didn’t stop him being so helpful though & giving me fantastic advice on the stuff I was getting . If you are new to the scene or need any help make sure to visit here first as they know what they’re talking about & their personal attention is second to none. It was lashing rain. I'd just come from work and was on my way home. I literally rang the bell twice befors I noticed the sign. Once I did, I did not ring it I just waited. Someone came out to me and spoke in a not so nice way, and I actually apologised profusely because I work in customer service and know how it can get. After I was let in the entire interaction was hostile and patronising, while I on my part was still polite the entirs time. This has only happened once but there are ways of handling customers especially when the customer is not rude or demanding. I was polite, apologetic, I waited and was still treated badly.

Never felt so comfortable and welcome in a sexshop. Kevin was so incredibly helpful, sweet and welcoming, couldn't ask for more. Found what I was looking for and he explained everything en detail. Great experience, will definitely be back very very soon! Top address in Dublin!

The staff are unfriendly. They didn't let me and my wife in. We wanted to buy accessories for role-playing games. Is this a men only store? P.S. Ok, sorry. I'll change the rating. We really don't know English well and we got confused. We'll try to get into the store again. Thanks!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. In terms of leather goods it's the best in Dublin in my opinion. They also offer a great selection of other products. Overall great experience. I will definitely be going back.

The staff were friendly and helpful, but I was misled today! I asked a staff member to sell me some poppers, and he asked which type I preferred. He showed me some and let me try the strongest one, which I really liked. Although it was very expensive (30 euros), I bought it. In the end, however, it was not the same product—it had little effect. Do not buy poppers from them!

Super friendly staff always smiling as you enter . Fun room downstairs is a lottery but a fun one to partake in . So much fun objects to buy . Await to visit in future holidays .
