Was Rezensenten sagen

Visitors consistently praise Hotel Iris for its excellent central location, often highlighting its convenience for accessing the historic center. However, many guests complain about the small room sizes, lack of amenities like air conditioning, and issues with heating, with some finding the price disproportionate to the comfort offered.

Excellent if you like haunted houses. The structure appears dilapidated and definitely not suitable for hospitality, especially if they don't pay you to stay there but, as is usually the case, you or your company are the ones who have to pay for your stay. I won't even bother explaining the things that aren't right, because there's simply nothing right about this place. Stay away; sleep in your car instead.

The views on the website don't match reality. The room was minimalist, with a very high window that couldn't be opened, a refrigerator serving as a bedside table, and an extremely noisy, oppressively loud air conditioner. Breakfast consisted of coffee and one croissant. The surroundings were noisy, as it was sandwiched between two very busy avenues.

Wonderful reception team. Able and Arty were so helpful and friendly. They recommended some fantastic places to visit around town with the few hours we had and it transformed our experience of Perugia. Arty called a taxi for me to the airport and helped me carry luggage outside to meet it. The hotel location is ideal and the old town is both charming and fascinating. The area is very safe. I had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. Thank you all so much

Probably the most disgusting hotel I've ever been! We booked a room assuming that it will be a charming place with special hystorical atmosphere but It turned out to be an unkempt building with a musty smell inside. The room was dirty, the door was barely hanging on its hinges, and the window wouldn't close. The toilet was broken, there were stains and mold on the walls, the bedspread was terribly dusty. My nose was immediately blocked because of the dust and mold, although I do not suffer from allergies. We decided not to stay at this hotel and easily found a great hotel 100 meters away for only 20 euros more expensive. The receptionist said that we would be charged the full cost of the room, and even so we all decided to leave straight away as it was so disgusting, unsafe and dirty there! My recommendation is 100% not to stay in this hotel!

When we booked, we specified that we needed parking for our motorcycle. However, the manager didn't specify that the apartment he was offering us was outside the building, about 400 meters away. We didn't appreciate this: arriving after a motorcycle trip and finding ourselves having to carry our luggage to a distant location. In any case, our apartment was new and well-furnished, but the cleanliness left much to be desired, as did the hotel itself, which was generally run-down, dirty, and poorly maintained. The prices are exorbitant for the service provided. I wouldn't recommend it.
