B&B 1st Floor

Clean comfortable and spaciouss. but odd they only offer 1 coffee for entire stay... No laundry service on site - 15min walk away Towels were clean but smelled like pickles?! Remote was not clean. Shower was tight and water escaped onto floor making it a slip hazard on tile. Staff was super friendly and kind! Sound proof and very quiet! They could use a luggage scale though. But the location .... jaw dropping!

Convenient, great location! Clean rooms, a little small. Downstairs are full of clubs and bars.

Location! Staff! Restaurant! Bar and modern room, all in one stop. 10Scored 10 This little boutique is a rare gem. Anyone who is LGBTQ or has friends and family of loving LGBTQ would love to stay here and experience the fantastic location, the fantastic staff and the fantastic bar and restaurant downstairs. After a month's stay in Italy, this was our last destination and it was more than we expected. A really big shout out to the staff - Alex, SANTINA, ROSEANGELA, Paco, LEONARDO, Gaetano and Michael. The staff was friendly and provided great service. We ate and drank there 3 times in our 3 night stay. BRAVO! One small tip to the staff: The room was clean, but it needs a little more TLC - Clean in the corners and under the hidden areas and touch up the scuffs on the walls.

I stayed with my husband, the room was very nice. After walking around and drinking Prosecco, I couldn't hear the bar downstairs at all. At my request, they called a taxi from the airport and took me to the airport. They greeted me with a smile, earplugs were provided, bath amenities were provided, and the TV worked.

This is an amazing and friendly LGBTQ + hotel that is welcoming to all visitors. Even though the reception only works from 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM they always make everything clear and easy for all guests. They are always helpful with every request. They even helped us book a car to the airport as we had an early morning flight. This was a very clean and tidy hotel/B&B that has amazing views over to the Colosseum. When we visit rome again we will be staying here for sure as it was a very safe location & very easy to get around. There is a bar underneath the building however it isnt as loud as you think it would be. Though if you are on holidays I'd suggest going and checking out the bar 'Coming Out'. The hotel works with this bar and they offer you a discount on food if you are staying in the hotel. We didn't have an issue at all and all staff were very accomodating

We were greeted by a really kind, helpful, and friendly girl, who also gave us lots of tips on various places to eat and how to get around using different means of transport. Large and clean room with a view of the Colosseum. We'll definitely be back!!!

The location was fabulous. Nespresso coffee machine and fridge in the room were nice. The view from the window was also lovely for pics. The receptionist was super nice and helpful but just be aware reception is only open for a limited time so we didn't really see them much. When we came to check in at about 10pm we went to the coming out bar as instructed. The person we approached first looked at us like there was something wrong with us trying to check in there and told us we must be mistaken because they were a bar. We were left in a panic and really stressed standing on the side of the street with our luggage late at night. We went to another bar and asked if they knew anything about checking in to the b&b first floor and they told us it was definitely the coming out bar. We went back and spoke to another staff member and sure enough after all that stress and worry we were checked in! I don't understand how some members of staff wouldn't know their establishment had rooms? We were made to feel really stupid when we asked the first guy at the door because he looked at us like we were crazy. The room was unbelievably noisy because of the bar below us and I'm sure this would be fine for people that go drinking each night but we were up early every morning to sightsee so sleep was important for us. Loud crowds of people outside our window shouting, fighting and singing until 3/4am. The blinds to cover the window didn't block any light really in the morning so be prepared to wake up early with the sunlight coming through. The shower drain seemed to be blocked and the shower then filled with water quickly. Because there wasn't really anyone at reception whenever we were there so we couldn't really report it. It was a bit of a nuisance.
