Nasty Club

Rude Staff This isn't my first time at Nasty, and I've always had a good time and never had anything to complain about, but unfortunately, after last night, I'm forced to complain. It's unconscionable for drunk people to be treated so badly. My friend couldn't hold it in and had to vomit, and I understand they don't want any problems, but it also takes a little empathy. We ran to the bathroom, and after vomiting, she had a panic attack. It took me a long time to calm her down and convince her to come out, and when I finally did, two bouncers arrived, one of them really rude. She couldn't stand up, so my friend and I held her tightly, but he started forcefully pushing me toward the exit, insisting he didn't have time for this. I understand everything. I turned around because he was pushing me too hard and I was on the stairs. If I had tripped, we would all have fallen, and I wouldn't have hesitated to call the police and an ambulance—because she would have definitely gotten hurt. So, let me be clear: I understand they have to work, but I don't treat people like that, especially women/girls. Kudos to the other guy who understood the situation and told his colleague to calm down, even bringing us some water.

The most unsuitable and rude staff in the history of Turin's clubs. The bouncers at the entrance are borderline unethical and use their own criteria to decide who to let in and who to keep out. We were a group of six people, three men and three women. The girls were ahead of me, while my two friends joined me in line. The girls entered, but we weren't allowed in. We were pushed out of line with the excuse that "maximum capacity was reached." When at least 20 people left and no one entered, we asked for clarification. The girls also came out to see what the problem was. At that point, the bouncers said only regular customers were allowed in. Essentially, friends of the bouncers themselves. In the end, it wasn't clear to what extent the problem was that we were heterosexual, that we'd never been to the club before, or who knows what else. I walked away, hurling some insults at people who are UNFIT for the job in general, but specifically for that type of work. If this place closed tomorrow morning, it wouldn't be a great loss; in fact, I think the center of Turin would benefit greatly. My friends and I certainly won't be returning, not even by mistake.

Poor management, arbitrary discrimination, and total disrespect A place I enjoyed frequenting in the past turned out to be a huge disappointment. We showed up, all perfectly sober and polite, in a group of six (three girls and three boys). After we girls had already purchased our tickets, security blocked the boys from entering for no valid reason. We attempted to engage in a civilized discussion for half an hour, receiving only contradictory excuses and zero transparency: first the excuse of capacity (denied by the fact that other groups continued to enter after us), then the sexual orientation of our friends was brought up. As if that weren't enough, we were initially even denied a refund for the tickets we'd already paid for, which we only received after prolonged insistence. A particularly disgraceful note goes to the unshaven bouncer, who systematically ignored us girls, pretending not to hear us and speaking only to our friend: a profoundly rude and annoying attitude. Finally, as we were leaving, another bouncer had the hypocrisy to say that it was "our choice" not to return: no, this is simply the direct consequence of the terrible treatment and enormous hypocrisy demonstrated by the staff. Totally unacceptable customer management. I always understand the desire to prevent potential harassment in the club, but the selection process must be conducted with minimal criteria, otherwise, if you want to do it this way, you should simply prohibit entry to all straight people.

BAD EXPERIENCE! We were a group of six, three girls and three boys, who wanted to attend the Banana Mia party. They let us girls in, knowing full well that the boys were with us. However, they didn't let them in. We left asking for an explanation, and they vaguely replied, "Maximum capacity reached." After half an hour of calm conversation, the real reason finally came out: "I'm straight." Even though we explained we were together (and we had to return in the same cars!), they wouldn't hear of it. One of them quickly dismissed me with a "What do you want from me? Talk to the manager" and a friendly "I'm not interested." At least we managed to get our tickets refunded. The staff was incompetent, unreasonable, and discriminatory. I'm glad I wasn't part of an evening that, in theory, should be inclusive. I strongly advise against donating funds to such a hypocritical organization.

I've been going here for 3 years now but the nasty thing has nothing to do with the switchboard staff, especially Federico, who from what I understand is the head barman, a madman!

Beautiful nightclub with a fun and light-hearted atmosphere! Optimistic settings and a relaxed atmosphere for fun! Excellent bartenders, compliments to Fede, the head bartender, who managed to serve us promptly despite the venue being sold out.
