Antoniel Hotel is honestly a real 3-star hotel in the best way 😊 Clean, tidy, simple, and with a really great location everything is close by, which made the stay super comfortable. Perfect option if you mostly need the hotel for sleeping and exploring the city during the day. The room was neat, the atmosphere was calm, and overall it felt cozy and practical for the price. The only small downside was the bathroom there was no ventilation/extractor fan, so it could get a bit uncomfortable after showers. But overall, very good experience and amazing location. Would definitely recommend for a city trip!

One of the best places we've stayed on our 6 week adventure

Everything is close and that's it. It's OK. The hotel is located in a party area, so there's loud music at night. The other side of the town is quieter and more atmospheric, with skyscrapers all around, so the view is of the street and the hotel opposite. The pool is located much further away than the hotel. The hotel itself is OK. Not all rooms have balconies. But in fact, every hotel is always close to bus stops and shops.

It's definitely a good place to stay at! It's on a quiet street, the room was clean and everybody was extremely friendly and helpful! Daily cleaning - the bed made, towels changed, bins emptied, very good service! The hotel has 10 floors, 4 rooms at each floor, a soundless big elevator in perfect order. A coffee machine is available at the ground floor so the guests can enjoy a hot drink (hot chocolate, cappuccino, such) + biscuits. Ground floor also has about 10 tables, there's a sort of kitchen where cutlery and oven, all very clean. A nice small front yard when one can sit on a bench, enjoy the coffee, have a cig. The pool is not properly in the hotel, but not far away... quite a nice walk till there. Plenty of shops, restaurants, pharmacy close by. Highly recommended! Ver

THERE ARE COCKROACHES!!! That's the headline! And the rest: bad smell all day, dirty sheets, water leaking from the shower into the room... We were swayed by the good reviews, but you have to pay attention to the bad ones because a cockroach is not normal, and being asked to leave the hotel is even worse. 125 euros a night for a hotel in these conditions is highway robbery. We feel ripped off.

The stay could have been fine if it weren't for the following incidents: Upon arrival, the sheets were stained. We reported this, and the receptionist said he didn't know how to change them but offered to try. We ended up changing them ourselves. At 1:30 a.m. that same day, a cockroach appeared in the bathroom. We had to kill it and spent the entire night and several more nights on the lookout for more. We reported this to reception, and they rudely told us that cockroaches are normal in Malta. After we asked for a complaint form, they told us that if we didn't like it, we should go to another hotel. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom that permeated the entire room, and the shower screen wasn't sealed, so water leaked out. A shower cap, which wasn't ours, was left hanging on the bathroom hook for the entire five days of our stay, despite being cleaned. In short: a very mediocre experience and service from the hotel.

Excelente, it is worth it. Service is good, very clean rooms and welcoming people. I just missed a microwave at the coffe place.
