We stayed for a week in September in a double room on the 3rd floor. We were checked in early at no extra charge. The staff was friendly. The room was small but cozy. There was a large mirrored closet at the entrance. Slippers were provided. The floor was carpeted. Air conditioning was available. There was a table and one armchair by the window. This wasn't very convenient, considering it was a double room. There was a refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and there were nightstands. The bed linen and towels were snow-white and of good quality. They were changed every day. Cleaning was also done every day. The bed linen was changed on the 3rd day. The TV was on the wall. The Wi-Fi was weak and the channels were constantly freezing. There was a shower and toilet in the room. However, the shower was leaking and not very sealed. And the toilet door didn't lock. Every day they provided sachets of shower gel and shampoo and two bottles of water. On the 3rd floor there was a room with a microwave, a water cooler, and cups. Two kinds of tea, a can of coffee, sugar, and pretzels or cookies. The hotel's location is superb. The Circus is right across the street. It's a leisurely 25-minute walk to Red Square. The area is very beautiful and green. However, I had to sleep with the windows closed because of the motorcyclists. Overall, the hotel is good and I recommend it.

Overall, it's not bad. The location is good, the room is clean, but I was really annoyed by how tiny it is. There's barely room for one person to turn around, even though it's a double room. The two of us, plus our suitcase and carry-on, barely fit. The staff is polite and courteous.

Clean, cozy, perfect for an overnight stay, right in the center! We were very pleased with our visit.

It's a depressing place, we stayed based on the reviews, but we'll never go there again.
