Ljubljana Capsule Hotel

Perfect for sleeping, spending nights here. I miss a common dining room, fridge. Bathroom is flawless and clean. The cabins are in good condition and perfectly clean! There is air conditioning and the weather is good even in summer. I recommend the Capsule Hotel!

Excellent location, a 10-minute walk from the city center. The place is clean. The capsules are okay. Two people can sleep in one, but it's obviously not very big. The capsules, the lockers for leaving your belongings during the day, and access to the rooms all use the same code. Convenient, but it's noisy! The capsules aren't soundproofed, which is rather annoying.

My stay at this capsule hotel was extremely disappointing and honestly ended up ruining a large part of my trip. When I first arrived, I was given a room where the door would not lock properly. I reported it right away, but it took a long time for the host to respond and move me to another room. Unfortunately, the new room turned out to have bedbugs. I woke up covered in multiple bites and even found a bedbug in my bed the next morning. This created a very stressful situation during what was supposed to be my vacation. I had to spend time going to pharmacies for treatment and repeatedly visiting laundromats to wash and isolate my belongings to avoid bringing bedbugs home. The bites were extremely itchy and uncomfortable, and the whole experience caused a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. What made the situation even more frustrating was the host’s lack of response. I contacted them immediately after discovering the bedbug and sent a photo as evidence, but they did not respond promptly or handle the issue responsibly. A bedbug issue is a serious health and hygiene concern, and I expected much better communication and accountability. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below an acceptable standard, and I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious.

Amazing experience my friend and I took one capsule. It’s very spacious, the bathroom is very clean and clearly maintained daily. Special praise for the woman in charge of maintenance, she’s very kind!

⚠️⛔️ BEDBUGS DON'T GO We arrived at night and woke up in the morning realizing the bed was infested with bedbugs. We informed the housekeeper, who didn't know what was bedbugs, then we informed the owner, who just stopped answering. We had to spend the whole day at the laundry to clean our things but we are still not sure we don't have bedbugs as the bed was full of it. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DON'T GO.

Warning: Bedbugs! Do not book this hostel. It is not clean, infested with bedbugs and if you have an issue, you will not be able to reach anyone and get help. This is the worst experience we've ever had. After check-in we lay down for an afternoon nap, and after a while I noticed the bedbugs. We had already been bitten by that time and my bites still itch over a week later. I immediately called the provided number but it didn't even ring (number currently unavailable), so I wrote into the booking.com chat, no reply either. We left the hostel and had to book a room somewhere else. The next day I texted the number on WhatsApp, and over 24 h later and multiple unanswered calls we finally got a response that we would get a refund. To this day (8 day later), I have not received a refund, nor a confirmation via email that it was underway or any further replys to my inquiries. This is a nightmare. Fingers crossed that we didn't bring any bugs back home.

We stayed here for two nights and found it was a very comfortable and clean stay. It’s a 6/7min walk to the bus station/ train station and 10-15 min walk to the city centre/old town so very convenient. There’s a nice big locker for stuff and comes with sliders u can wear around the capsule hotel. The noise wasn’t too loud. Self check in was easy. Only thing i wish they had was some shampoo and conditioner as well as a seating area for chilling in.
