Excellent service and courtesy from the salesperson who was there this morning. It's a pleasure to be treated like that and to be guided so you end up buying what you really need, because they have such a wide variety that it's easy to get lost. In case the managers are reading this, while I was there, two other customers came in separately, like mules in a pack, straight to the adult cinema in the back. They're the kind of people who not only don't say good morning, but also don't respect that they're helping someone else. They must be the ones who complain later and give them one star. As for me, I'll definitely be back.

Hello, good afternoon. I don't think there's a lower rating I could give. Today is December 6th, 2025. It was this afternoon at 7:13 PM and there was an older gentleman with a beard who told me that we close at 8:00 PM and that there's nobody inside. I told him I could only come in for half an hour and he said it was closed. Is it possible that a sex shop in Barcelona closes at 7:13 PM?

The sales assistant (bald and wearing glasses) was unpleasant and rude, practically humiliating the customer. I've read similar complaints in other reviews, and the response is that everyone has a bad day. How many bad days does this man have? I've read that in several reviews already. Human Resources should really sanction this individual and stop excusing and justifying the unjustifiable. I would be ashamed to have an employee like that. This time I'm leaving a review, but if I or other customers experience this situation again, I will file a formal complaint with the consumer protection agency. Perhaps then you will take the necessary measures regarding this type of staff seriously.

The clerk, because he is a clerk, lacks even the most basic forms of education, I didn't remember the number of the locker where I had left a bag, and he made fun of me for 5 minutes, I wanted to remind you, that in Madrid, same owner, the keys are numbered, with all the time you have to waste, and with the 4 customers you had on Sunday afternoon, don't tell me that you don't have time to number the keys and maybe tie them to the key ring with a string, it's obvious that this place will close very soon, it doesn't take much intelligence to understand that, obviously I won't come there anymore... remember that remembering the key number is less important than having 4 customers on Sunday

We went on a Friday at 10 PM and the incredibly rude clerk said it was closed. I told him that Google says they close at midnight and he treated me terribly, saying they were going to repair the cinema, which is a lie. I don't recommend it. I'm giving it 1 star because I can't give it 0.

We went to buy a men's cream. The salesperson assured us it worked just like the original but was gentler on the skin; he insisted it was the same. When we got home, we noticed the box looked like it had been opened for the first time. The jar didn't have the silver tamper-evident seal, and it seemed like it had been used. Furthermore, the instructions specifically stated that it wasn't the same as the original and that it was gentler. Two recommendations: - Research what you're buying beforehand because they might not be able to help you. - Make sure you're the first to open the product you're buying. This is especially important because they don't accept returns even if it's only been 30 minutes since the purchase.

The cruising area is one of the best in Barcelona. The staff is attentive, but some Saturdays they tell you there's no one inside (a lie) or that they're closing at 9:30 when the closing time is 11:00. One Friday at 8:00 they wouldn't even let me in, claiming there was a problem. Interestingly, it's always the same employee.

The place is quite clean, but the customer service has been disappointing. My partner and I had an uncomfortable, even violent, experience with another customer who wasn't respectful. When we told the receptionist, his exact words were, "Next time, you'll punch him." I personally think we were right to say that's no way to treat customers. We certainly won't be going back.

The clerk was very unpleasant, kept his eye on us and had no intention of helping us. At checkout he accused us of messing up the store, saying we were rude when we simply turned it around to look at the price and put things back in their place. He also questioned how long it had taken us to choose when he did not even try to advise us or guide us with prices.
