A waiter (who claims to be the owner) is a complete jerk and can't handle his own disrespect; he'd be better off not working with the public. He made an inappropriate comment, I responded, and he threw me out of the bar, spilling the beer I was drinking. That's what terrible service looks like.

Sergio was the absolute best! I absolutely loved his attention to detail, quality of service, and great personality! The drinks were phenomenal, and so was the music! It's one of the few places in Chueca where I've felt right at home. It's a real treat to receive such friendly and fun service from all the staff. The prices are quite reasonable, so it's a pleasure to spend a pleasant time there. Thank you for everything; you deserve 5 stars! 🌟

We've rarely felt as welcomed and well taken care of as in this pub. From the doorman to the bartenders, and even the ticket seller, the friendliness and warmth, combined with wit and a touch of spark, were fantastic. We really enjoyed it; the prices are great, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is super positive. It's not a very big place (like most in Chueca), but at least they don't charge exorbitant prices for a few drinks and a good time. Keep it up because that's what sets you apart from other pubs, and don't lose that friendly attitude towards everyone!

Rude and antisemitic staff

I live in Madrid, not far away from this bar, and chueca is my neighborhood. I never had any problems or misunderstanding next to my house but this place is antisemitic and clearly has something against jews and Israelis. Shame. I don’t know about the food, i only know about the feeling there and it was rude and unacceptable.

Terrible service and attitude, food expensive as well. Do NOT recommend !

Worst service ever, will never visit there again.
