Excellent service, Oscar was very friendly and the hotel was beautiful.

The hotel is well located. The rooms are spacious, although the furniture is quite worn and outdated for the price. The best thing about it, without a doubt, was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was lovely, from reception to the bar and buffet. In conclusion, I wasn't satisfied with the value for money. I would definitely stay again, but the furniture definitely needs updating.

Excellent service! The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially José! Both at reception and in the bar, they were always smiling and full of positive energy. The room is very spacious, and although you can hear some noise from outside, it didn't prevent us from getting a good night's sleep. We had a wonderful holiday here!

Perfect location for going to Yumbo... The room was very noisy... It overlooks the cobblestone road... at 8 am it's a constant stream of cars and buses.... The reception staff weren't friendly... it was difficult to even say hello... The breakfast offered wasn't up to standard.... Don't expect the same level of comfort as the Ritual in Torremolinos...

The location is simply unbeatable! Highly, highly recommended! Jose at reception is fantastic! From the very first moment, he was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always had a big smile. He even recommended amazing routes for exploring the island, and of course, he was spot on with everything! It's so great! We also want to mention the guys at the bar, who were also fantastic! We'll be back!

Centrally located, with good service and friendly staff. Clean. Only small cockroaches were present in the room.

Room 310 Reported toilet 4 times. Leaked for all seven days. Looking a little tired and shower paintwork peeling, desk unit in poor condition (damaged let's and tops) Room service staff excellent. Room was cleaned to high standard.

A decent mid-range hotel near the Yumbo Center. However, this also meant it was noisy until late at night, as the Yumbo Center acts like a funnel, amplifying the noise. Breakfast was okay. The rooms are worn, and instead of a wardrobe, there was only a shelf. The pool area was good with plenty of loungers. However, the price didn't match the quality. We definitely overpaid in November 2025. It wasn't worth the asking price. We'll book a different hotel this year.

This hotel is a great location for the Yumbo shopping centre. Which was great for me with Mobility Issues.The staff are great and friendly. Hotel rooms could do with a bit of an update but they were ok to stay in. The aircon was brilliant which is great when it gets hot.The pool area is good, plenty of sunbeds. The water was very cold in the pool. It just took time to get in. Lol. Back in September for my second visit to this hotel.
