After 30 years in the high-end hospitality industry, I was pleasantly surprised by this exceptional establishment. The tranquil oasis it creates is well-deserved of its four-star rating. It offers a private club-like experience without any fees. The exceptional team working here is the true reason for its success. I cannot adequately praise the staff. A very special thank you to you all for making our stay so very special.
It's a fantastic hotel that left nothing to be desired. Rooms: Very comfortable and attractive. Building: I do have one complaint, though. The steps at the entrance are a real drawback. If you're arriving with heavy luggage, a ramp would be a welcome addition. Food: Delicious and plentiful. Whether it's breakfast or dinner, the selection is extensive. Location: Shopping centers and the beach are easily accessible. Entertainment: A true delight not only within the hotel itself, but also at the nearby beach. Plenty of fun entertainment is provided in the evenings. Beach: Spotlessly clean, with plenty of opportunities for walking and hiking.

Stayed at the Neptune in May 2026. Will definitely be booking to go there again as it was such a wonderful experience. Wonderful, friendly staff nothing was too much trouble. Room and hotel was lovely and clean and the food was really good. I’m a very fussy eater and found something to enjoy every meal time. Food was of good quality also. Lovely pool with plenty of sun beds. Also, a great snack bar, food of good quality and not expensive. A big shout out to our waiter Romano who really looked after us.
The hotel is wonderful, we had the best time. The food is delicious, the staff very attentive. Rooms are spacious and clean.
