Neptuno Gran Canaria

We can highly recommend the Mur Neptune. We stayed for a week and felt very comfortable. The staff was wonderfully attentive; we learned that many have been with the hotel for 25 years or more. That speaks volumes about their excellent employer. The room was spacious enough and always clean. The food, while a smaller buffet, was very good. The selection at the fresh cooking station changed daily. The pool is a bit small, but that's not a problem. There are always sun loungers available. The proximity to the Jumbo Mall is fantastic. You can walk to the beach in 10-15 minutes. Besides the Jumbo Mall, there's plenty to discover in the area, with numerous restaurants and pubs. We would gladly book this hotel again next time. Since it's an adults-only hotel, it's very peaceful. We have nothing against children, which should be mentioned. Keep up the good work; we'd love to come back!

Great hotel, fantastic staff, tasty food, especially lunchtime

Great service. Friendly staff. Good food and best quality.Great entertainment at night. Comfortable facilities, close to shops, bars, bus stops. Not far from the beach. Very good clean bedroom. Very recommended.

Lovely hotel, have stayed here three times and they have upgraded the public areas and given rooms a make over since my last stay. Lovely friendly staff. Fresh flowers, wine and water in the room on arrival. There is a kettle and two mugs which for a tea / coffee lover was great and the room also has a fridge and safe all complimentary. The hotel backs into the Yumbo centre main area, however the bit pool area is like an oasis and had no problem gaining a sun lounger or other seating.

Absolutely brilliant. The staff were friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Service was excellent, especially at lunch and dinner. Plus, this is my first time staying at this hotel right next to Yumbo. I'm looking forward to returning in the near future.

Pretty good hotel and services. Very good value for money. Breakfast was excellent and the guests were all decent friendly people.

It's a shame because the welcome was friendly and the breakfast service was very varied, but the room being above the kitchen was difficult. It was impossible to open the window without smelling the food. It didn't make me want to come back, even though it was my first time at this hotel.
