The saleswoman was very friendly, every time I go she's super nice and very professional. Honestly, a 10 out of 10 for service and politeness.

Mónica was funny and had great customer service I think some people would take her wrong way lol she is so much fun interesting woman she isn’t rude she expect people to be respectful etc and not take the piss

Not friendly at all

Yesterday afternoon I went to this store for the first time, and a very attentive lady greeted us. I went with my partner and some friends to check out some new products. The lady gave us excellent service, answered all our questions and concerns, and inspired enough confidence for us to let her guide us in buying some products we hadn't used before, which turned out to be a very satisfying purchase. We'll be back!

A WONDERFUL and SUPER WELL-STOCKED shop, owned by Jose...with over 18 years of EXPERIENCE in the sector... And what I know for a fact is that his saleswoman treats customers with the same POLITENESS and RESPECT they show her. If a CUSTOMER is UNPLEASANT and DISRESPECTFUL, or arrives DRUNK, she will POLITELY INVITE them to be POLITE so she can serve them. But if the customer persists in being UNPLEASANT, she will INVITE them to leave. Because being a SALESWOMAN in an EROTIC shop DOESN'T GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO "CERTAIN THINGS"...and I KNOW ALL THIS 100% because it was said and AFFIRMED by the OWNER himself, whom I must THANK for the ATTENTION and PROFESSIONALISM with which he ALWAYS runs his business. As I said...YOU TREAT OTHERS AS YOU TREAT THEM YOU WILL BE TREATED...😉 THANK YOU...ALWAYS POSITIVE

The blonde girl who served us last night shouldn't be working with the public. The shop is dirty, and she's incredibly rude. We tried to go in, but we never expected to encounter someone like that. We asked questions, and according to her, we were being a downer, so we didn't buy anything. I feel sorry for the owner. We often don't realize it, and these kinds of people are the ones who can force you to close your doors indefinitely. I hope you get a reprimand, maybe even a serious warning. And if you are the owner, I hope you seriously consider whether you're even remotely capable of handling customer service. It was terrible, appalling. There are courses in emotional awareness and control; you might want to look into them. Even so, a lack of professionalism and tact is much harder to overcome.

We've been going on holiday to Gran Canaria for years and always visit the Yumbo Centre. This year, my husband and I went back to Sexshophot Garaje because Mónica, who works there, always knows how to advise us on what we need at any given time. She's undoubtedly a true professional and knowledgeable about the products she sells. Thank you, and see you next time.

Yesterday I went to this store and I loved it. It has lots of things, and at good prices. We were having a party and visited this place. The saleswoman, a very nice blonde girl, served us wonderfully, very kindly and always smiling. It's a pleasure to meet such friendly people. We will definitely be back.
