Went on Sunday afternoon to buy a new personal toy. The fact they are open on Sunday is great for me. The lady behind the counter speaks English as well. I knew what I was looking for but couldn't see it, she asked me if I needed help and I told her what I wanted and she got it for me. Good price as well. There was a gentleman in there at the same time as me and he was clearly using his phone to film/take pictures, she was straight on to him and told him to put his phone away and explained why. Well done 👍🏻 this made me feel very safe, although I have nothing to be scared or ashamed of, but for other customers it may be that way. He left and she explained to me why she did that, I assured her it wasn't a problem and she did the correct thing and I applauded her. I took cards for my bar and thanked her. Definitely recommend this shop. She also explained about the toy, how to charge it, how to clean it and store it. A* service 👍🏻👍🏻

I occasionally visit the Hot Garage adult store because it has two comfortable rooms for watching adult films. It's a very discreet place, with a very affordable entrance fee and unlimited access throughout the afternoon. The saleswoman always greets me very kindly, always smiling and in a good mood. I've noticed that she treats customers with great attention, providing detailed and patient information in a very personalized way. I recommend this well-stocked store, with its discreet entrance in the Yumbo Shopping Center, where you'll receive a warm welcome.
A complete lack of respect and blatant discrimination on the part of the woman working there today. Her attitude was arrogant and rude. We weren't served by her; she seemed to be minding her own business and didn't even greet customers when they came in. It's unbelievable how they treat tourists who aren't part of the LGBTQ+ community. If you're heterosexual, I advise you not to visit this place. My wife and I went to browse and do some shopping, and just for peeking behind a curtain for a moment, I was yelled at and insulted in the worst way I've ever witnessed. I hope the owners are aware of their staff's behavior. If that woman is the owner, I feel sorry for the future of the business.
I went a few days ago and the girl who helped me was very kind and respectful. She made me feel very comfortable at all times, which is much appreciated in these kinds of stores. Highly recommended!
An excellent experience. The sales assistant is lovely, very professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the products. She explains everything in detail and helps you choose what best suits your needs, with great discretion and friendliness. The store is impeccably clean, well-organized, and always has the latest arrivals. They also have a wide variety of items and prices to suit all budgets. 100% recommended, I will definitely be back!
If they fire the cashier... the place might be nicer and thrive, but I don't recommend this place and its services.
