Hotel Florazar

We went as a group hoping for a few relaxing days, but ended up having an experience that felt more like a survival show. Some rooms were damaged, damp, and there were a few six-legged visitors who weren't on the reservation. When we went to reception expecting solutions, we received more attitude than help. Customer service was nonexistent, and our complaints seemed to annoy them more than concern them. The best part of the trip was leaving the hotel to do some sightseeing. The worst part was going back in. If the walls could talk, they'd probably ask for a room change too. In short: I wouldn't go back. I'm giving it one star because you can't give zero, and because salamanders need a place to live too.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The rooms were in terrible condition, full of mold, insects, cracks everywhere, and the electricity didn't work even after inserting the key card. There were also "little touches" left by other guests, not to mention antipsychotic pills and Band-Aids stuck to the wall. The most dangerous thing of all was that our room door didn't close properly (the lock was faulty, and anyone could just walk in). The receptionist on duty treated us terribly, trying to get rid of us with lame excuses. We had to spend the entire afternoon talking to her because of her evasive behavior. After arguing with her about how the hotel was full and that the technician who was supposed to fix the lock wasn't there today and would be busy tomorrow (meaning they didn't want to help us), all we got was a room in such appalling condition that it was pitiful to see. Aside from the fact that the receptionist repeatedly refused to give us a complaint form, the hotel cleaning staff laughed at us and mocked us for complaining about the room conditions, finding us a source of amusement because of the insect and mold infestation. This hotel is a joke; it seems like nobody is in charge or looking after the place. If it weren't for the clean exterior, anyone would think the hotel was abandoned or about to be demolished. I can't upload the videos I recorded where you can see all the insects and how the electricity doesn't work, but looking at these photos, you don't need much imagination to believe it. To be clear, I'm not giving this hotel zero stars, but only because the system doesn't allow it. I find the way they treated us and laughed at us disrespectful. I don't recommend coming here. If you can, it's much better to sleep in your car, or this hotel is equivalent to sleeping on the street.

Good morning. To begin with, the rooms have a terrible layout with electrical outlets; there are only three, and they're hidden away. Furthermore, I know people who had much worse problems, like the main door of their room not closing. Then there's the staff—I'm giving them one star because I can't give them zero. They're almost worse than the rooms, so you can imagine. This hotel reminded me of when my great-great-grandfather was in a concentration camp. Bad food, bad rooms, and bad staff. If the gentleman with the jocular mustache wanted some inspiration, I would definitely recommend he speak with the hotel owner. If I tell anyone in Ghaza about my experience at this hotel, they'll feel like the luckiest person in the world. I'm returning to Tel Aviv very disappointed.

Terrible experience. Upon arrival, we were assigned a room already occupied by another guest and had to wait to resolve the issue. The bathroom door didn't close and was in poor condition. The room was infested with insects and contained the previous guest's personal belongings, including antipsychotic pills. The food was cold and dry. The customer service was deplorable. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

To begin with, the condition of the properties did not match the images provided online. Furthermore, the rooms had facilities in poor condition. As if this weren't enough, despite our cooperation and effort, the treatment we received was shameful, humiliating, disrespectful, rude, and, at times, racist (although those who made these comments were hardly in a position to speak or judge others). Finally, I recommend not trusting positive reviews, as they are riddled with lies, and verifying information. I wouldn't want anyone (no matter how much I dislike them) to have to engage in conversation with these individuals who call themselves receptionists.

The room was basic, outdated, and neglected. They gave us a room with two single beds when we had paid for one with a double bed. They told us the problem was with Agoda, not them.
