Highly not recommended for tourists without a car; there's no connection to the city or the sea. It's not even possible to walk; you're on a high-speed highway with no sidewalk. Taxis are incredibly expensive, even though the front desk told us they were cheap. Breakfast was unremarkable and extremely expensive. The room smelled of sewage, constantly coming from the bathroom for three nights in a row; the toilet wouldn't flush even after flushing several times. The tub was chipped. Lots of dust under the bed. Not even a good morning or goodbye at the front desk when we left. I can't give it less than one star; it was my daughter's graduation present, and I'm truly disappointed. It's a shame for Valencia, a beautiful city; I'll return, but not to this hotel.

Stayed there weekeday in May 2026 Room was clean, people at the front desk were nice. Walking distance to mall beside, gates for customer staying this hotel. This hotel is good for people has cars. Urber from Valencia or to the beach was about 30-40 euro for each.

It's close to the beach but across a highway. The rooms are generally very dirty, with a lot of dust and cobwebs. There are broken ceilings, uncleaned sinks, rusty bathtubs, broken televisions, blood-stained pillows, and ripped curtains (both in the bathroom and on the windows). There's dampness and mold everywhere. The food is reheated and very bad. My room overlooked the back of the Carrefour supermarket. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel, and I think it's a disgrace that it has 3 stars.

The hotel is okay, but the location isn't great. You absolutely need a car to get to the beach because it's not walkable. The Wi-Fi didn't reach my room, a problem I reported, and they just said they were sorry but couldn't fix it. I asked to change rooms, but they wouldn't let me. It was a disaster. The shower overflowed, and the water came out of the room and flooded the hallway. I almost fell when I got out of the bathroom and had to use towels to dry everything. The room was acceptable for the price. There's a cabinet with space for a refrigerator, but when you open the door, the refrigerator is nowhere to be found. The wardrobe door opens and then won't close; I kept fiddling with the track, but it just won't shut. The only good thing was the king-size bed. The price was for two nights with breakfast included, and the breakfast was quite good if you don't ask for too much.
