From the moment you arrive, the tone is set: warm without ever being obsequious, precise without being cold. The seating arrangements, the pace of the meal, the seamless coordination of the staff—everything is orchestrated with a fluidity that makes the service almost invisible, which is undoubtedly its greatest strength. Hugo, the restaurant manager, took exceptional care of us! The service was remarkably meticulous, with every detail carefully considered so that the diner has nothing to worry about. A superb experience.

The difference between a nice place and an excellent place is the quality of service. In this establishment, the service is attentive without being intrusive. Congratulations to the team for finding the perfect balance.

Stopped for two days in Palma, Mallorca before heading to Rafa Nadal Academy, and it was a PERFECT stay. 5 star service from EVERY employee, truly special. Luxury linens, beautiful rooms, spectacular rooftop bar and delicious breakfast. Perfect location to walk & explore. I am a seasoned traveler, and give this my highest recommendation. Dear Bar Team, Yesterday, on May 11th, six girls from Potsdam, Germany visited your beautiful venue around 4:00 PM — and we honestly had the most wonderful time. The location is absolutely stunning, the weather was perfect for our birthday girl, and the food was both delicious and beautifully presented. But most importantly, your service was truly outstanding from the very first reservation phone call to our last drink at 11:30 PM. Everything was simply perfect — friendly, attentive, welcoming, thoughtful, and charming. Stayed alone for work, Wi-Fi was stable, room clean, service good, but lobby atmosphere felt slightly outdated.

This hotel was incredible. Best hospitality experience I’ve ever had. Service was on point. Location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and old town exploration. The spa and rooftop are two incredible features. Would 100% recommend and return.
