We stayed for three nights on our honeymoon. We had high expectations for this hotel, but everything exceeded them! First, we enjoyed a welcome drink – fresh orange juice – at the rooftop bar. The view of the blue sky, the blue sea, and the city of Palma made us feel certain that our time here would be truly special. Also, since it was our honeymoon, they had prepared a celebratory bottle of Mallorcan wine and snacks in our room. There was even a heartwarming letter – it really touched our hearts! The pool and spa were also fantastic. The pool had the perfect temperature and amazing views – a place where you could easily spend hours. They were diligent about cleaning and towel changes, ensuring a comfortable stay at all times. Cooling off in the pool and relaxing by the poolside was incredibly refreshing. The spa was also very clean, with multiple saunas and relaxation areas where we could truly unwind. The sauna was especially wonderful. Furthermore, the morning yoga class on the rooftop was fantastic. Moving slowly while enjoying the morning view, breeze, and sunlight was a wonderful start to the day! The instructor was very kind and polite. They even provided juice and fruit after the lesson, which was delicious. And then there's the rooftop bar. I had dinner there twice during my three-night stay. The menu, the view, and the food were all fantastic. Throughout the hotel, the staff's smiles were wonderful. They always provided attentive service that exceeded my expectations, which I found very impressive. It's a bit far from Japan, but I would love to come back someday.
Breakfast was great, the rooftop terrace was beautiful, and the location was perfect between the beach and the old town. The staff was very attentive.
