Today I had a not very pleasant experience, when paying they did not check my age and charged me 500 hryvnia, although I am under 25, that is why I give this rating.

Very small but friendly place, sauna and steam room needs a clean out as really bad smell but still worth the visit.

And what age do you have to be to use the LGBT sauna?

Friendly staff, told everything at the reception, gave towels and slippers. Prices are adequate, payment is for the entrance and NOT for the hour There is a wet and dry sauna, toilets, shower, social worker. The only thing I didn't like was that there is no ventilation in the bar, the guys smoke, there is a stench, you have to go upstairs. So overall a great sauna, I will visit again with pleasure as soon as I come to the city 😍

I've never seen such rudeness and boorishness from staff in any sauna in the world 🤦‍♂️ It's very smoky. The air conditioning doesn't work. Rudeness and only 10 people in the entire sauna.

NO CARD PAYMENT - NO TERMINAL The lack of a terminal prevents visitors to Ukraine from using the sauna, as they often don't visit long enough to have a reason to withdraw cash. It also prevents people who don't use cash from using the sauna, as it is 2023. The staff was not helpful. When I said "what should I do?" the staff looked at me with the expression of an old, rude Soviet woman and said "I don't know what to do with you".
