Fumari Lounge

Gaurav at Fumari was absolutely amazing! He looked after us so well during my cousin’s bridal shower and made the whole experience even more special. The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. Gaurav was so attentive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We had such a lovely time and couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend Fumari, and especially Gaurav, for making our celebration so memorable!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fumari Lounge Birmingham — what a vibe! 🔥 Honestly, such a great experience from start to finish. The food was absolutely banging 🤌🏽, full of flavour and beautifully presented. The mocktails were next level 🍹✨ — refreshing, creative and definitely worth trying. And the shisha was on point 💨🔥 — smooth, flavoursome and lasted really well. Add the music, atmosphere and overall vibe, and it’s the perfect spot for a chilled evening with friends. Food ✅ Mocktails ✅ Shisha ✅ Vibes ✅ Definitely one of those places you leave thinking, “Yeah, I’m coming back.” 😮‍💨🔥 Highly recommend Fumari if you’re looking for good food, proper mocktails and a quality shisha experience in Birmingham!

Service is very down

Went there to celebrate a special occasion, nicely done premises but don’t understand their need to have a lineup of their supercars taking up all the parking spaces with customers then struggling to park, if people want to see super cars they go to a showroom and not a restaurant! The food was very average, you get better quality and better flavoured food in back street cafes, it seems the food is rustled up in a hurry with no effort or love and it shows. My son ordered chips with his meal but they never arrived, we asked for them 3 times but still never arrived but they added them to the bill! I wanted to try their waygu steaks and my son is a fan of Mac n Cheese and they none of them available, you advertise yourself as a steak specialist but don’t have more than half the steak menu available, and the waiters couldn’t care less that you as a customer are disappointed

The restaurant seems to have good vibes. The decor is good, however the service is quite substandard, staff needs training in customer service. Food is what you expect, nothing to shout about. Our mains arrived very late, infact others at the table had finished theirs before ours arrived.

I had a great experience with Sharmila at Fumari. She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout. Her customer service was excellent, and she made sure everything was handled smoothly. Sharmila was attentive, helpful, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. Great service — thank you, Sharmila!

It was my first time at Fumari Lounge and can I just say I loved the whole experience, the vibes, the service, the beautiful decor, the food, everything was to a teaaaaa, one of the workers were so sweet, her service was incredible, always checking on us, helped me out when I was stuck with what to food to pick, her name was Sarmila, she was so nice, will definitely be back again.

Customer service is great 😊 Very nice place to chill

Out of this world 5star Dubai experience with great food and ambience.

Aesthetically pleasing, great customer service. Spacious and clean

Absolutely fantastic experience at Fumari Lounge! From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The atmosphere was incredible, stylish, relaxing, and full of great vibes, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the evening. The food was outstanding, with every dish cooked to perfection and packed with flavour. You can really tell that quality and presentation are a priority. The service was equally impressive, friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I can’t recommend Fumari Lounge highly enough. Delicious food, exceptional 5-star service, and an amazing atmosphere all come together to create a place that’s well worth visiting. We’ll definitely be back soon!

I honestly don't think I'll be returning. The shisha and drinks came out within 10–15 minutes and were really nice, and the ambience and décor were lovely. Unfortunately, the service completely let the experience down. We waited around an hour for our food, which is far too long. When the nachos finally arrived, they were completely wrong. We asked if they could just take them off the bill as we'd already picked at them while waiting and didn't want to wait again, but instead they insisted on remaking them. The female staff member serving us was quite rude. She was Asian and had long black straight hair. She rolled her eyes, gave us attitude when we explained the order was incorrect, and generally made us feel like we were being difficult for pointing out their mistake and was being impatient as my sister was eating and did not want to be talking to her with her mouth full as that is rude She then told us the replacement would take 4–5 minutes, but it actually took around another 10 minutes. To top it off, when we asked for takeaway boxes, we were given a battered, damaged box that wouldn't even close properly. We asked for another one, and even that was put together poorly. By that point, we'd completely lost interest and just wanted to leave. It's a shame because the venue itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is great, and the shisha and drinks were enjoyable. However, the slow service, incorrect food, and poor attitude from staff ruined what could have been a great experience. Nice enough to visit once, but not somewhere I'd choose to return.
