Premier Inn Ipswich Town Centre (Quayside) Hotel

Excellent service from staff as a slight mix up but totally sorted Rooms really clean and breakfast yummy 😋 would definitely stay again

Pleasant enough stay but a few issues with the room - a premier plus room. The rainfall shower head dribbled the water over the top of the head and very little came from the head itself. The shower gel/hair shampoo bottle was empty and the other bottle had very little in it and its pump action didn’t work! The toilet dripped all the time. I don’t find the beds as comfortable as they used to be and the pillows certainly are not as good as they previously had been. There were no decaf coffee pods for the coffee machine and I was told that none were available In the restaurant there were so many items not available on the menu due to various excuses that on our second night there we had to search out an alternative venue to eat. We were also not informed that we had to ask for our room to be serviced. The staff were pleasant and did their best but were quite stretched at times especially at peak breakfast times.

Room was clean and everything worked ok. Bed comfortable like in most premier inn iv stayed in. Location was great for getting to town centre by walking. Only issue that stopped me give 5 stars Breakfast was very average they didn't keep it topped up very well so some items was unavailable from food and drinks

You always know what to expect from a Premier Inn - good beds, good breakfast - but this stay for business last week was even better due to the excellent service from the staff - polite, accommodating and keen to go the extra mile, I would definitely book again. Great location and easy parking a bonus too. Thanks to the team who seem to enjoy their jobs and were very welcoming.

This hotel conforms to the normal good standards of Premier Inn EXCEPT the staff really excel ! All of them were friendly, helpful and charming. Congratulations you made us very welcome (breakfast was beautifully cooked and delicious)

Clean tidy and good location near Quay

Location is spot on for a night out in Ipswich. There.is about 30 spaces under the hotel well signposted and additional parking 100m away. Once you check in your given a code whoch you scan on departure making the parking £9 a day. The main let down for us were the check in staff who seemed to be annoyed that we checked in with them rather than use the machine. Then when getting back to the hotel late to find the hotel locked our room.card would not allow us access, after multiple calls on the intercom we were finally permitted access after some sarcastic comments ( we were out in the cold for to long in our opinion ). Apart from the staff it was a pleasant experience. And its a Premier Inn so I guess you get what you pay for. I would stay again!

Perfect location for the marina. Staff very friendly. Just the food from the restaurant could have been hotter. Breakfast was spot on.

Bog standard Premier Inn room, not noisy for a town centre location with good parking, the only issue i have was regarding the food which i paid for a meal deal to be told there is a reduced menu and they are not joking with very limited choice although the burger was nice, breakfast no orange juice and minimal continental choice, also no draught drinks. £9 for one nights parking.

An amazing hotel!!! Superbly located, near the marina, which you can walk to, and close to the center of Ipswich, also within walking distance! The breakfast was incredibly varied. We opted for the American breakfast, but if you pay extra, you can enjoy the English breakfast with sausages and all the traditional English fare. As Argentinians, we're not used to eating that much, so the simple English breakfast was more than enough!
