When I walked in Teale greeted me with a smile and friendly. She was able to help me with my questions in my short stay, making it welcoming and enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay last night. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast was delicious! Marnie was really helpful, approachable and friendly. She was great at checking us in, offering suggestions on where to visit/ eat out. Thank you once again.

Stayed here twice in late May and early June to break up a long journey. These were my second and third and fourth stays at this particular Premier Inn. The Good The ovens have been replaced after nearly a year and the evening menu updated. The rooms were also clean. The Bad Room 307 has no sound proofing at all, even with the window closed. On a Friday night, the road outside becomes a drag strip for the local boy racers, so sleep is nigh impossible. Room 407 has a sliding door that doesn't slide, which considering the bathroom is supposed to be wheelchair accessible, it just isn't. The Ugly Despite Premier Inn claiming reception is staffed 24 hours a day,I saw no reception staff from our arrival at 11pm until just before 9am the following morning on my second night. This will probably be the last time I use Ipswich Quayside, as for £70+ per room per night, I expect more.
