Lovely quayside hotel

5* Stay at the hotel. We had a dinner, bed, breakfast and spa package and it was faultless the whole way. The spa is amazing, Charlotte was lovely that showed us around. Food and drink incredible and staff all lovely. Beautiful room with a harbour view, a truly wonderful weekend. We can't wait to come back again!

Excellent location, room not worth the money. Situated on top floor, very basic, bed two singles pushed together, uncomfortable ridge down the middle. Stayed in much better for the same price.

£30-40 We had the afternoon tea to celebrate my mum's 90th birthday, The atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. The decor is contemporary, the seats are comfy and the booth we sat in was quiet and private. The cakes and sandwiches provided were plentiful and delicious,with take home boxes incase you couldn't eat it all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a birthday card on the table and also happy birthday written on a plate in icing with a mini cup cake. All in all a great experience. Thankyou xx

Fabulous luxury hotel with fantastic staff on the quay side of the marina ( on a sunny day you could be anywhere in the world ) Food is a little pricey but very nice. Some of the rooms now need a refresher ( carpet in mine was getting a bit tired by the threshold) I would use the hotel more ( I stay in Ipswich most weeks with clients) if we could get a good corporate rate! Generally the hotel has a good vibe with some great staff in a great location in town.

Dreamy harbour view on a sunny weekend ! felt like I was abroad, staff were phenomenal, professional and so helpful. Highly recommend ordering the iced latte room service! it was delicious

We booked the new spa experience package as a wedding anniversary treat. The staff were very welcoming and the service was excellent. The room was well furnished although their wasn't any air conditioning which is unusual these days. The shower was powerful and the bathroom was clean but a little dated. The bed was very comfortable. The brasserie has recently been refurbished and is set out nicely. The food was excellent, as was the service, attentive but not intrusive. Overall we had a relaxing time and the staff are excellent. We will definitely be returning.

Very nice hotel. Great position - we had a room with view of the harbour-, very comfortable ( bath and separate shower, good bed, comfortable chairs) excellent service and recommended. Also great to have drinks,on the hotel outdoor space sitting out on the edge of the harbour with the last sun. Highly recommended.
