Excellant all round service

Poor service. I was trying to find an item I left behind in my room. Had to call multiple times to get an answer and still have not received feedback on if they have it? A lot of “I’ll get back to you” but never received a call back.

It has amazing food and good value for money. The staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable

Good budget accommodation in separate block from the pub. Meals served in the pub. Good fare with decent portions. Great breakfast. A bit outside the town but near Portman Road for football. 35 minute walk to the Quay.

I must say what a pleasant suprise. A lovely large room overlooking the river. Very clean. The staff were just great, nothing too much trouble. The food was very good and good value, so good we had two evening meals and breakfast there. The river walk into town was lovely.

I had a really positive stay. Every member of staff I met was super friendly and welcoming, and check‑in was smooth and informative. I also really appreciated them keeping my medication chilled in their fridge without any hesitation. The room was clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, with shops and places to eat just a short walk away, and the free parking made things even easier. Overall, a pleasant and hassle‑free experience that I’d happily repeat.

Check in efficient and friendly. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast excellent, good selection, good service, welcoming attitude.

I stopped here for a quick bite on the way back to my hotel and what a surprise, the carvery was excellent and not that expensive,a great meal I will certainly call in again when I'm in the area
