Kingsley house Hotel

Not been there but my auntie and cousins have and sounds ok

Hi I stay there from 14th February till last night and I have to say what a lovely place to have as temporary accommodation from East Suffolk Council sent me there because I was homeless had nowhere to go. When I arrive Jane welcomed me into the hotel show me round and show me my room what can I say the room I had first was lovely and cosy then when I went to another room what can I say about that's it was lovely to Jane I have to say I didn't want to leave I fell very safe there stuff on 24/7 and where I have gone to is lovely but wish I stay with u Jane as u r the best also ryan and dean what can I say about thoughts hus they are very helpful guys around the hotel when u need somethin done all u have to ask them and they will do it what top guy they r to have in the hotel also suspended u r a vefriendly chattin person which I like and I will miss u to also I have to say Norma I love this would done to bits she is so bubby out going person who I had lots of chat with also I hope hannah remember to give u that's biscuits barrel for ur kitchen at home as I said I would give it to u miss u lots Norma highly recommended to any1 who get homeless to go to this place I would give it more than 5 stars I would give it 10 stars

Really nice hotel to stay in staff really friendly Jane norma Shirley and the rest of the staff Linda the owner was very commendable to accommodate me a ground floor room due me not being able to climbe stairs

Kingsley Hotel i like it a lot people at the hotel are friendly and nice to me i know it one of the best hotels i know in Ipswich

Brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful, enjoyed my stay here, highly recommend

No stars is not possible, a family needed housing, they were given this hotel to stay in only for them to call on the morning of their stay and say “we can’t take you as your son is too disabled and will disturb the other guests”

Host was lovely. close to a retail park. Used by Ipswich Borough Council for emergency housing. NOT for holidays or business.

Literally across the road from Home Bargains so it's a little dangerous, staff really friendly, our room is pretty big tbh, clean and tidy, nice fresh bed linen, even tho we are in the basement we have alot of light coming in and not so noisy from the other people

I wouldnt leave my ex here! Dirty, windows that dont lock / close (i was ground floor) The persistent smell of human excretement. No running hot water. The carpets leave with your trainers - thought Alladin was taking for me for a carpet ride - must be the cannabis use tripping me out! So they seem to have to have mispelt hotel for hostel! Avoid! Whilst talking to a local folks no one stays in the place unless the council places you there. Safer in the town centre in a tent! Be aware the broken furntiture that causes injuries - applies to me. If you are unlucky enough to be placed in the establishment - make sure you have DERBAC M liquid at the ready for the flea / bed bugs - the bugs dont pay rent. Oh the local cabs hate collecting/drop off folks to and from the place so book and pay in advance. The local council / legal services have the videos and pictures so its a genuine post. Ive seen cleaner squats!

Wouldn't let my worry enemy stay here.
