Kingsley house Hotel

We have been here 2 weeks and had no issues, no problems. All clean and tidy.

Hotel hahaha Hostel with prison rules. Noisy & smelly. The council put me here for 3 months & I'd honestly rather not have to ever step foot anywhere near the place again. Kitchen but with no cooking utensils. Filthy bed, carpets etc all dated. Doors banging all hours. Not suitable for disabled people. Jane & Ryan( who follows Jane around like a lost puppy) are extremely rude & treat people like scum. No breakfast, asked for a plate & cup, an effort in itself to get a paper plate & wooden cutlery, no cup. The staff go into your room when you're off the premises. Prison would be a better option. This place should have it's licence revoked.

Hello..have to say that the two occasions that I stayed here were lovely. The staff were helpful and lovely. My favourites being Raigan (hope I spelt that right) and Shirley. To be honest all the staff were lovely. Pete took a little getting used to but thank you Pete for my breakfasts always being hot..And Shirley too. I felt safe and when I was upset they did their best to cheer me up. Thank you again for every thing. And I would happily stay there again. Lots of love . Thanks again Alison Marcus Jones .

The most cleanest establishment I have lived in. Stayed here for 5 months while waiting to re homes and I really didn’t wanna leave. The breakfast is really good and cooked fresh every morning and I will really miss all the staff, they are so helpful and kind, they bend over backward for you and are a laugh too. I will miss this place and would recommended highly to anyone who is looking to stay here. The owner is also lovely who I met on a few occasions :-)

I wouldnt leave my ex here! Dirty, windows that dont lock / close (i was ground floor) The persistent smell of human excretement. No running hot water. The carpets leave with your trainers - thought Alladin was taking for me for a carpet ride - must be the cannabis use tripping me out! So they seem to have to have mispelt hotel for hostel! Avoid! Whilst talking to a local folks no one stays in the place unless the council places you there. Safer in the town centre in a tent! Be aware the broken furntiture that causes injuries - applies to me. If you are unlucky enough to be placed in the establishment - make sure you have DERBAC M liquid at the ready for the flea / bed bugs - the bugs dont pay rent. Oh the local cabs hate collecting/drop off folks to and from the place so book and pay in advance. The local council / legal services have the videos and pictures so its a genuine post. Ive seen cleaner squats!
