Orange Tree (Hotel)

Had a Saturday night here. Great location in Richmond. 2 minutes from the train station and 5 from the River. The room was modern and well equipped and had aircon. Although the pub was extremely full the rooms are totally quiet. The staff are really friendly, well mannered and efficient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I had a recent, pleasant stay. Staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the full English breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommended.

A truly wonderful hotel and a great pub! Our room was amazing, the beds were incredibly comfortable, the pub is charming, and the location is perfect! We wanted to go to Richmond this time, but I think we'll book the Orange Tree again for our next London city trip. Absolutely perfect!

The boutique big room was excellent size, cleanliness and useful. Separate rub and shower, seating area, big, big, bed and double sinks. Really friendly staff who were all great and breakfast was yummy. Id like to come back!

A one-night stay only, but the room and staff could not be faulted.

Always a fabulous place to stay in a wonderful village location with easy access to London city and most other areas nearby. A very short walk to the station, the Green, river, many pubs (including the Orange Tree) and the two theatres in town. We never tire of staying here when in London. A good breakfast is available, rooms are huge by london standards. One of the best value accommodations anywhere in greater London. A direct bus to Heathrow or tube ride with one change makes the location perfect for an arrival or departure stay.

I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful hotel. From the moment we stepped foot into the Orange Tree we were treated like VIPs and given a room upgrade on the first evening. The rooms were exceptional. From the comfort of the beds to the beautiful toiletries, spotlessly clean bathroom, on tap tea and coffee and a really well stocked honesty bar. What more could a visitor want? We used the pub restaurant which catered no problem for my dietary requirements and provided delicious food with attention to detail and excellent customer service from all the staff at the Orange Tree. We will definitely be coming back!

I love the Orange Tree and this is my second time staying there -- both times for very important family events. It was easy to make this my "home away from home" on my most recent trip. Highly recommend.

Room very quiet and comfortable. Felt recently renovated and spacious. Great location for inner Richmond and surrounds (suited us for our event at the nearby golf club). Breakfast was also very nice!

First time staying at The Orange Tree in Richmond. Absolutely great stay. Staff (particularly Ethan) were extremely helpful and engaging. Great value for money. The room was spotlessly clean, very quiet and the bed was really, really comfortable. Breakfast was superb. I’d recommend the French Toast! Good pub atmosphere in the main bar/lounge. Only 2 mins from Richmond train station and, for those going to Richmond Theatre, it’s only about 4 mins walk; so great spot. If you’re planning to stay in Richmond, the Orange Tree is our recommendation to you
