Excellent service by front desk staff who went out of his way to make us feel welcome when we arrived jet lagged and weary, way too early for check in. They fed us breakfast, stored our bags and cheerily suggested things to do until our rooms were ready. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My first time staying overnight in a pub. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I got there way early in the day and they allowed me to check in. This made it so nice for me since I had just flown in from the United States. I stayed in a two twin bed room with my mom. The bed was very comfortable, the air in the room was controllable and the bathroom and shower were extremely spacious. I would absolutely stay again. I also enjoyed the free pastries and breakfast bites in the morning. The fish and chips here was delicious. It was my favorite of my 10-day trip! All the workers at the hotel and the pub were extremely kind and helpful. I absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area. It's walking distance to so much.

Bang on for everything. Stylish and supremely comfortable room. Right in the heart of Richmond. Great beer. Perfect for Kew Gardens. Couldn’t ask for more! Definitely stay again.
