This place is well run with great staff

Great location and pretty lobby but even though the staff is friendly, they are totally incompetent ! I was there for a week and everyday there was a problem with the useless staff. From the very slow check-in and check-out, the room service which is not service ( each time I tried to place an order, it would take about 45 minutes of being sent around, disconnected and finally get meal which was cold and not what I ordred ). The cleaning ladies forgot to replace the toilet rolls and coffee sachets. In general a very disappointing exeperience, too bad because so much potential.

Great central location, comfy bed and will stay here again! The location is great, right in between The Royal Albert Hall and the Saatchi Gallery. The decoration is light and modern. The room is specious, the bed is extremely comfortable, and the rain shower is gorgeous. The staff are friendly and efficient.

We were given a well sized but otherwise grotty basement level bedroom. The shower did not work because it was simply broken, according to the maintenance Guy who inspected it, and left it pumping out only dangerously hot water. Reception staff were seemingly powerless to intervene. Never again. Avoid.
