I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, and the service was outstanding. Hanaa was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Stayed here as the final stop on our Honeymoon, and I was very impressed by ME London! What inclines me to write a review always comes back to upstanding customer service in an era where that can sometimes be hard to come by. From the beginning, the staff took extra care to ensure we felt welcome, appreciated, and celebrated. We were given a room upgrade with an excellent dessert and complimentary champagne in our room. A staff member gave us a personal tour of the hotel and facilities, and gave us complimentary drink vouchers at both their rooftop bar and STK Steakhouse next to the hotel. We also got a late 1pm checkout which was most appreciated given that day we had a long flight home to Seattle later in the day. The included breakfast with our Amex booking also had to be one of the best of it's kind. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!

Overall staying at this hotel was the most stressful part of our wedding day. Considering how much money you are paying to stay in this part of London, I would’ve assumed the service would’ve been a bit better and staff was more accommodating. More than 6 months prior and in the weeks leading up to this stay, we queried with the hotel whether they could offer us a courtesy room for no more than 2 hours for the groom to get ready in (didn’t even need to use the bathroom facilities, just to basically put on a suit). We were assured because it was a ‘special day’ they could accommodate and would let us know closer to the time depending on availability on the day. Naturally, a few days before, I touched based again on making sure everything was set for our courtesy room, for staff to tell us that they couldn’t promise anything and wouldn’t be able to tell us if they had one available to the MORNING of the wedding day. If they had mentioned this 6 months prior when I first queried, we would have not stayed here/ made other arrangements with another hotel in the area. We were even getting conflicting information, with the front desk telling us everything was all fine for a courtesy, but the Aura team saying it wasn’t. Arriving at the hotel, most of the staff were very accommodating and friendly, I re asked about the courtesy room for the following morning, and the man on the front desk had the cheek to tell me I could pay £900 to secure the room, even though we’d only need it for an hour. He proceeded to tell me that they are a popular hotel and are fully booked, even though I went on the Melia app and could easily book multiple tiers of rooms on the same day. The room was decorated very sweetly, with treats and champagne and notes which was cute, however it was SO DARK. The lighting in the room was terrible and made getting ready for a WEDDING as the bride a faff and very stressful. The morning off, the groom again went to the front desk to query about the courtesy room and the only person throughout this whole experience that was helpful was a lady named Sara on the front desk. She made it her mission to sort something out and kept us updated considering the occasion. I also requested an iron at 9am via the app and on the phone, and it didn’t arrive to our room until half 11, half an hour before we had to leave. Breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and spacious however. All in all, it was a disappointing stay all round and could’ve been better and arguably was the most stressful part of our wedding morning/night before. Not the service I expected!

I stayed at this property during a five day vacation in London, and couldn’t have been happier! Let’s break it down: First, the location is perfect. Right on the edge of Covent Garden, at the end of the Strand. Convenient walking distance to just about everything. The West End theatre district, SoHo.An easy 20 min to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey & Parliament. Also, a very easy access to Saint Paul’s Cathedral, tower of London, Borough Market, and Tate Modern Second, the staff was amazing. A special nod goes to the Concierge team; Alma & Avi came through for me multiple times with theater tickets, and/or restaurant reservations whenever I asked, and never missed with recommendations for eateries out and about on town. And lastly, the hotel Decor and aesthetic was very modern and upscale. The room was kept clean and amenities (Bottled water etc) were kept replenished. The top floor has a swanky rooftop bar w sweeping views of the west end. A convenient way to cap off the evening I would highly recommend this property and will certainly stay here again on my next visit

The entire staff is very kind and helpful. They all went above and beyond. Schwin, Dela, Aman and the management at the restaurant were exceptional. Diana and the front desk were also lovely.
