I had the afternoon tea. For thirty-five (35) British Pound sterlings I expected more. The best way I can describe the experience is that it's "mid". I was seated in the centre of the room and it smelled like fish. I'm not sure whether it's due to something festering in the kitchen or if it was just some nearby table's dish that happened to be extraordinarily nautical in nature. I found the petit fours to be cloying. Scones and sandwiches were average. I liked the jasmine tea.

The afternoon tea was highly recommended! We asked if they could make it vegetarian and they gave us meatless sandwiches. The portions were good.

I had a very pleasant experience sitting at the bar and enjoying their happy hour martini special. £7 between 4-6pm is a nice treat. Well done Ochre team.

We had the salmon from the lunch menu and the afternoon tea set, and both were absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our visit even more enjoyable. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back again!

We came across Ochre as we were trying to find somewhere to eat before a show in the Colliseum. We were on a moderately tight timescale and my mother explained this to the very friendly and attentive man who was attending the door. He assured us that they could make sure we were served our meal in plenty of time for us to get to our show. We stepped inside and it was absolutely stunning with a lovely chilled buzzy vibe. We were brought drinks quickly and our meals came out in a very timely fashion. We were attended to very well. All of the staff were friendly and polite. It was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend
