The heat was definitely noticeable, and while there was air conditioning, unfortunately it didn’t seem to do much to cool the place down. I do think the heat could be a problem for some guests, especially during warmer days or if you’re not used to high temperatures. That said, the amazing food more than made up for it and ultimately made the experience worth it. Even with sweat dripping from their foreheads, as well as mine, the staff continued to serve with genuine smiles and a positive attitude. I was honestly amazed by how they managed to work in those conditions while I could barely handle the heat myself. Their dedication and professionalism really stood out. Despite the uncomfortable temperature, they never let it affect their hospitality or the quality of the service. And the food was fantastic. It was so good that, for me, the heat became a minor inconvenience rather than something that ruined the experience. I would definitely come back, but I do think improving the cooling would make an already great experience even better.

During this visit to London, I decided to have a good pie, and I wasn't disappointed. All the parts of the dish can be customized to your preferences: pie, mash, gravy. Everything was very tasty. I recommend it.
