As an LGBTQ+ venue, it welcomes gay travellers looking for comfortable, accepting accommodation during their stay in the UK capital. Richmond itself offers a pleasant escape from central London's hustle, with leafy parks, the Thames, and independent shops and restaurants nearby, making it an appealing base for visitors wanting a slightly quieter London experience. This is a beautiful hotel with a top notch staff. The staff goes out of their way (the entire staff) to make sure you are taken care of and truly enjoying your stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Richmond. Richmond is a very cool part of London and a nice change of pace from downtown. 10/10 all around.

I can’t explain how amazing the staff is at this hotel! They are so accommodating! Especially Kelly- we had a hard travel day with 2 little kids and she was so understanding about changing our hotel dates and even left chocolates and juice in the rooms for the kids. The hotel itself is charming and quaint and the rooms are incredibly clean and comfortable! Can’t wait to come back!

Lovely hotel close to the station. The rooms are TINY though. EDIT TO ADD: I did book a deluxe, which is supposedly 175, but could only open one of two suitcases.

If I could, I would give this hotel 100 stars. Centrally located to all the shops, restaurants, and things to do? Yes. Absolutely STUNNING interior and exterior? Yes. Delightfully comfortable, beautiful rooms? Yes. Friendly, helpful, accommodating staff? Double yes. Shout out to Natalia at reception who was not only lovely to chat with, but also incredibly helpful and supportive when we needed to make some last minute changes. Can’t wait to come back!

Staff went the extra mile to provide a great service. Loved the decoration in bar/restaurant area. Perfectly placed to visit Hampton Court, Kew Gardens and Richmond park. Rooms not huge but very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.
