Told me I had too much too drink based on someone spilling a drink on my tshirt, a separate incident they told me a friend was on drugs when they were completely sober, bouncers are a joke here.

I don't recommend going in. Discrimination!!!! Today, Tuesday, I tried to go in and the bouncers told me, "Tonight's bingo night and it's not for me." I didn't understand why it wasn't for me. "You're alone?!" "You can't go in, it's for groups." "Those who go alone can't go in, it's fine, you're not going to have a good time anyway." "You can't go in." Unacceptable!

No atmosphere, staff are rude especially the snowflake drag DJ. I'm not surprise it was quite on a Saturday night. Much better places to visit on canal st.

Door men only singling out white people (on this occasion) or more I wouldn’t know as it was first time and not allowed in cos I wasn’t gay. Also let white girls in and every other culture pretty much , I took the time to observe who he was singling out and felt disgusted as I would of spent moneyyyyyyyy😌☺️ madness 😆🤦‍♂️🙏 the mings he let in thooooooo

Losing its touch

Really disappointing end to what was otherwise an okay night. The club shut at 6am and staff told everyone to leave immediately, which is fair enough. However, before booking my Uber home, I asked to quickly use the toilet and was flat-out refused. This was despite the fact that I had spent well over £100 in the club that night. Refusing customers access to the toilet the moment closing time hits is unreasonable and honestly feels disrespectful. You’re sending people straight out onto the street at 6am, often waiting for transport, and not allowing them basic facilities. Poor customer care at the end of the night completely ruined the experience for me. I won’t be returning, and I’d advise others to bear this in mind.

Came in on NYE.. one of the staff members took my HALF FULL beer off the side(£5 a bottle so pretty steep!). When I confronted him I did not get an apology and he refused to replace it saying I should’ve looked after it and I needed to pay for a new one. Had a glazed look in his eye the entire time I was talking to him and was very dismissive and got his manager who just defended him and just didn’t help at all.
