531 Hostel in Córdoba, Argentinien

A very disappointing experience. I booked a mixed room for two people well in advance through Booking.com for my husband and me, and when we arrived at the hostel at midnight, they told us the booking was "incorrect" and that my husband had actually been assigned to a female-only room and wouldn't have a bed available for the second night. The error was clearly the hostel's or their booking system's, because I made the exact reservation shown on Booking.com. The worst part wasn't just the problem itself, but the complete lack of solutions and empathy. They never offered us an alternative or tried to rearrange the rooms. In fact, the only solution came from us, suggesting moving a woman from a mixed room to a female-only room to try and fix a situation they had created. In the end, my husband and I had to sleep separately for both nights, which is completely unacceptable when you book a trip as a couple. And all this at midnight in Córdoba, with hardly any options for finding other accommodation at that hour. The most unbelievable thing is that while we were there, another couple arrived with the EXACT same problem. Very poor organization, very little professionalism, and zero ability to manage their own mistakes appropriately.

I arrived at 8:00 PM and left at 5:00 AM. The guy at reception was fantastic. Very friendly. He showed me around and to my room. Everything was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and cool. It's a great option! Affordable, good location in the city center. Highly recommended 👌

Beautiful, we stayed for a half-stay but everything was very clean and the service was good. The location is right in the center, great!

They cancel reservations at check-in without prior notice. They don't allow guests from Córdoba to make more than one or two reservations because they don't want to host locals. Then they harass you via WhatsApp if you give them a low rating.
