Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent

The location for weekends is very central, very noisy, there is a disco in front, everything rumbles and even more so if you are on the first floors.

Terrible service. We arrived from Buenos Aires with two confirmed reservations, and upon check-in, they told us they had no rooms available and that it was a system error. We asked for a solution since it wasn't our fault and there was no other hotel with availability in the city that weekend. The service was appalling, and obviously, they didn't resolve anything. I would never recommend them. They leave much to be desired.

We arrived at the hotel having booked two double rooms, but upon arrival they told us they had only registered one reservation and that the hotel was full. They couldn't offer any solution even though we showed them emails confirming both reservations. They offered no help, even though the error was theirs, and we had to find another place to stay on the spot. A complete disaster.

The same excellence as always.

The hotel is lovely and welcoming, with friendly staff and excellent service at reception. They were always attentive if you needed anything, especially Ignacio on the night shift. I would add something about the gym, which is practically nonexistent, and the pool, which was unusable. I was there for two weeks for work and was very comfortable.

I checked if they had parking available for those arriving by car. When I got to the hotel, I found out they didn't have parking. I asked why it was listed as available, and the receptionist told me it was because they recommended one—unbelievable. Now I have to spend 16,000 pesos a day on parking.

Very nice and comfortable place, but the price is high for the service and rooms offered. Excellent location.

Very nice hotel just steps from Patio Olmos with excellent service. Highly recommended.
