Amazing place , grate experience

A dream location! We went just for the spa day, but I'll definitely be back to stay at the hotel. The spa is gorgeous, and at least during the time we went, it wasn't crowded, which was key to being able to relax. We also took advantage of the opportunity to get massages. Mariana was amazing; it was the best massage of my life, totally worth the price. Everyone was so kind, from booking via WhatsApp to check-out. I highly recommend treating yourself!

The overall hotel experience was good, as was the service. The hotel is in very good condition, from the facilities to the cleanliness. The view from the pool is beautiful, and the experience of being outside with the snow is unique. Constructive criticism: 1- We had dinner one night: the meat was quite tough. 2- Breakfast: quite basic. There was no option for avocado on its own; instead, there was a kind of spread that contained dairy, which I couldn't eat. The scrambled eggs were cold on the table, and the omelets were quite dry and burnt on the sides. 3- We were charged for the water from the refrigerator, which tasted awful, like tap water. We didn't like it. 4- The room had some issues with the lights. They would turn on by themselves. Thank you for your service.

The views and service were spectacular. The heated pool and dinner overlooking the bay and port were amazing.

Very good service, the only thing is, they give out shampoos and conditioners of very poor quality that leave your hair a mess.

They pick you up in a van from the center, it's free, in general the prices are good, it's not expensive, it offers beautiful views and the service is good, luxury from every angle.

Excellent hotel; the attention and service during our stay were very good. The hotel offers a wide range of activities in addition to its amenities.

We went as a family to share lunch. The views, the menu, the service—it was all a pleasure!
