I spent some very special days with my family here! The staff is very attentive, helpful, and polite. The atmosphere is welcoming. The view of the Beagle Channel is sensational; every minute offers a new landscape and sensation. I would like to highlight the exceptional service from Belen, Morena, Valentina, Rene, Lorenzo, Matias (reception), and the breakfast and restaurant staff in general, who were always friendly and impeccable. The spa area is very good, with a heated pool and jacuzzis in the indoor and outdoor areas, overlooking the channel. The hotel offers a spacious indoor lounge, glass-enclosed cabins with views of the channel. Restaurant, café, and a display case of marvelous cakes! Oh! One detail: it offers a retreat on Cerro Castor. A warm place that welcomes us with friendliness, sandwiches, sweets, and hot drinks 😍

Such an incredible hotel resort with breathtaking views! I highly recommend it. Make sure to use the spa too and the wonderful done they have at Cerro Castor for snacks and a brevedad while you're taking a break from skiing.

My experience was solely at the restaurant. The hotel looks excellent, with an incredible view, but the service at the restaurant left much to be desired. I was informed that the only available tables were reserved and the indoor area was closed, so I had to have lunch on a sofa, which was quite uncomfortable for a hot meal. I asked to be notified if any tables became available, but this did not happen. I remained there for over an hour, and the tables remained empty the entire time. At the end, I inquired about the reservation, and they were unable to provide the expected time. Two days earlier, I had lunch at the same restaurant, at approximately the same time, accompanied by a friend. On that occasion, we were able to sit normally in the indoor area. Therefore, it surprised me that, this time, I was informed that this area was closed and that the only available tables were reserved. My suggestion is that reservation management be more flexible when tables remain unoccupied for a long period, to avoid a bad experience for other customers.

We are traveling with family and friends. We are being very well taken care of, starting with the welcome service! The cakes at the bar for afternoon tea are delicious! The rooms are large and spacious. The food is very good. They have a full shuttle service for tours and for the city. An excellent option!

Excellent hotel, with spectacular views, a very rich breakfast, a staff of excellent professionals, great spa facilities, and a fair price. I recommend it to all types of travelers.

The hotel has incredible views. Everything was great. The breakfast was excellent—varied and delicious. Excellent service from all the staff. The restaurant is nice, but it's not worth the prices. I wouldn't eat there again. Everything else, including the bar, was great.
