Brisamar Hotel & SPA

Brisamar is a seafront hotel in Ponta d'Areia. Its own site gives the address as Avenida Quatro 12, while maps and booking sites use Avenida São Marcos 12 for the same building. The Casa de Juja restaurant serves a breakfast buffet with sea views from 6 to 10 am. The hotel has adult and children's pools, the Serena spa for massages, parking, and 24-hour reception and room service. Ponta d'Areia is the city's main hotel strip, and the Centro Histórico is about 5 km away. It's a mainstream hotel, not a gay venue.
