Restaurante Sazón Nazca A Las Brasas Cocina Peruana

We went in for a set menu at 14,500 pesos per person, but it turned out the fish was tilapia, which we don't like because it's one of the most contaminated fish. The other option was to order à la carte, where just the reineta fish dish cost 16,000 pesos and the salmon 18,000. In the end, you go in for a set menu and they never have what you want. Bad experience in my beloved Valparaíso.

Good service and good food

It's very quiet, the Garzón family are friendly.

The food was exquisite, with generous portions and a beautiful presentation; the service was good, I would definitely go back!

The food was delicious. The portions were perfect for a late-night snack. The staff was very friendly. I recommend it. I'll be back.

The ceviche was very good quality, the lomo saltado wasn't as good as one would expect; it lacked Peruvian seasoning. The pisco sour was "a delicacy."

Excellent service and food, I was extremely satisfied

Last year was better, this year they probably changed chefs

Good products but the preparations were lacking; the vinaigrette sauce had too much vinegar, the risotto was dry, and the meat had too much soy sauce.

I've been a regular customer for quite some time now. My job requires me to travel a lot, so I'm often away from the restaurant, but every time I return, I find the same high-quality food and excellent service. I'm grateful to everyone who has attended to my needs, but I especially want to thank Jorge, who provides personalized, friendly, and professional service, which is sadly rare these days, and that's why I want to highlight him so much. I encourage everyone to come and visit this little corner of Valparaíso in the heart of the city.
