The managers are incredibly kind and helpful, which is very pleasant ☺️. The rooms were always clean and the shower was hot, although the water pressure was a little low. The place is quiet and well located.

Had a fantastic few days staying here at Eco Aventura Hostel. The owners were very responsive over WhatsApp and organized taxi transfers for us to and from the airport. We could even leave our bags here for a few days while we hiked the Salkantay trek for no extra cost. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was tasty and included in the room price. Overall, great value, very friendly owners and an excellent location!

Our stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and the owner was incredibly kind and welcoming. Nothing we asked for was ever too much — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Breakfast was included and was a great way to start each day. We also really appreciated that they offer tours and a laundry service, which made our stay even more convenient. The location is also great, close to the San Blas neighborhood, which made it easy to explore the area. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm, hassle-free, and memorable stay!

We have been travelling across Europe, Asia, and Peru for five months, and this is one of the best stays by far. The family that runs this place is incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly. They have an amazing warmth, and are so helpful with anything you need. When we checked in they gave us a map and explained where all the nearby markets and attractions are. Location is good, close enough to everything but still in a quiet area. They also helped us find the collectivo stations, and arranged for a taxi to pick us up when we left. They let us stay in the room for an extra half an hour until the taxi came at no extra charge. Overall value for money is very good. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with many big windows, and the bed was wonderfully comfy with soft, fluffy blankets and duvets. The shower is electric, so is always perfectly and instantly hot. They even have an affordable and excellent laundry service! As of January 2026, it was 6 soles/kg and when given in the morning, was returned the same evening! They also provided us with nice towels and free soap, and lent us a hair dryer for the entire stay. Hand soap is a liquid, refillable dispenser which we loved from a sustainability perspective. Then there was the complimentary breakfast. Coffee, delicious eggs, bread with jam and butter, and milk. One of us is gluten intolerant, and they gave us a bowl of hot water for instant oats. The fruit they cut up varied (mango, papaya, apple, blueberries, avocado, banana), and was always prepared very well and tasted perfectly ripe. This felt more like a home than a hostel. Cannot recommend highly enough!

A small, family-run guesthouse with very warm and attentive hosts. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, and the beds are truly comfortable and warm (plenty of blankets). There are hot showers, although the water pressure is sometimes a bit weak, which didn't bother us. We returned several times after multi-day excursions and were able to store our luggage without any problems. With prior arrangement, we could arrive at any time (twice we didn't return from excursions until 2 a.m., and the key was left for us at the front door with a code). Breakfast can be ordered inexpensively and spontaneously. It's worth mentioning that there is no heating in the rooms, and they are cool (but: warm blankets). We felt very comfortable and highly recommend it.

We glad we booked the Eco Aventura Hostel! Three of us had just returned from the Salkantay Trek and this hostel was the perfect place for us to rest, reset and relax! The hostel in a small family ran business that go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay! The location was perfect 👌🏻

10000% recommended. Excellent location: 5-minute walk from San Blas Market and 15 minutes from Plaza de Armas. Very good service, very friendly staff who resolve issues quickly. Very comfortable room.
