Rooms are fine, nice and clean. Gym is very bad so don’t depend on using it if you want a workout. Pool is nice, the service was the best part of the hotel as they were very friendly and helpful with the check in process. We showed up early and they accommodated nicely.

If I could give a zero star review I would. We had the room booked for 1 hour via booking.com, and decided once we got there that the parking lot (next to a bus station) was a HIGHLY unsafe location to leave our trailer & truck bed full of stuff (we’re moving). We never even SAW the room, and determined we could not stay there. The manager REFUSED to give us a refund despite the circumstances. She herself had her car broken into on the property.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Unbeknownst to me, this place is in an EXTREMELY sketchy area of Calgary. Homeless people loitering in the parking lot, car break ins and generally very unsafe. So unsafe that I opted to pay for a nicer hotel 15 minutes away. This is obviously not shown on their website, and when I tried to cancel the reservation just one hour after booking I was denied and had to pay full price for a place I didn't stay in.

No offense to the front desk staffs who work there. I had a late check in at 4:23ish which was okay for me personally. I found two hair on the bed and two pillows were yellow stained when I removed the covers. It was quite disgusting. That's when I realised I should've trusted others' reviews. Front desk kindly directed us to call Booking.com as I made my reservation there and they fully refunded my money. Mistakes happen and they responded to it appropriately. Now I'm staying at Day's Inn down the block. $50 more expensive but much better.

The manager (with light brown hair), has horrible customer service. A staff member said we could check out with out a fee at noon. The manager still charged me a fee. We left the room before noon and was still charged. She should be fired!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrible staff, horrible stay. Tv didn't work. Gym is crap water in gym tastes strange. For a couple minutes (which felt like an eternity) I could not open bathroom door, was trapped. Sad looking hotel all around. Do yourself a favor and spend a bit more and be mich happier. Weird white stuff on desk. Nightstand had red stains.

Absolutely horrible experience. AC/Heat wasn't working, no remote to the TV, dirty shower. Avoid this place at all cost.

Just left this place early because the hotel was filthy and broken down. The tv remote was broken, there was blood on the bedding, trash on the floor - and before we even noticed the extent of how filthy it was, I went to take a shower and they didn't clean out the used products from the previous guest and it was full of hair. It was clear they didn't even wash the bathroom or check it after the last people left. *Edit: management called us and gave a full refund! Very thankful they took this situation seriously, thank you!*

Amazing place ! The staff is very friendly and they do care about their guests and also very professional. The front desk doesnt allow suspicious poeple in. The side doors are locked. Safe place . The housekeepers are very clean. The common areas are spotless! The washing machine wasnt working but they offered to wash my cloths until the new one would arrive. Great machine and its free . If you love ice dont be shy and just ask the front desk ! Extra coffee and sugar is also available ! Stayed a total of 4 months !!! The phenomal staff and front desk did not stop 1 day to give a 5 stars service ! Even after I checked out they still helped me with some Amazon deliveries ! This type of service is Diamond level ! Very genuine <3 Dont let the 1 star review fool you ! I truly recommend this place for longer stays !

Discusting place! My toilet didn't work for a whole day. Confronted staff three times and it didn't get fixed for a whole day! Room was also disgusting. The windows hadn't been cleaned for a year. They're was a bunch of dead bugs all along it. When i checked out I asked for some kind of refund they refused. Nothing ...

Worst hotel I’ve ever seen, arrived the first night, only one plugging working the in the whole room, when I looked at the back of the Tv there were wires exposed and open, a huge fire risk. The curtains had a black coating on the top of them, and the smell of cigarette in the room was awful. Told front desk about the plugging and they sent someone to come check it out, the lady comes and takes a picture and tells me she sent it to the group chat of the hotel and she will go to the front lobby. Waited over 1h and no response from them, so went to bed after a full day of traveling, keep in mind it was past midnight. The next day when I got back the plugging was ‘fixed’, I turn on the tv for maybe 5 minutes and the breaker blew, probably still wires exposed back there, went to the front desk again. They finally switched rooms after me telling them that this is a fire hazard and not safe. The new room was a little bit better smell wise but the ac was not working it was well over 25°. The wifi wasn’t strong enough to watch anything on the tv. The bathrooms weren't the best condition either the bathtub had peeling everywhere. There was also only one towel for a 6 night stay. No cleaning services offered even once, didn’t even see them. After the second day in the new room I couldn’t stand the heat anymore even with the window open, finally left and booked another hotel for the last two days. Staff was nice but didn’t do much to help. Asked for a refund, still havent received an answer or security deposit.

Very quiet and nice and cool on ahot day😁
